Patty Tyler has been making pasties for our family and friends for years. Now she is making them here at the Cherokee Restaurant. We are happy to introduce this tasty meal to you and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
The Patty's Pasty recipe evolved throughout the years, producing a pasty that has just the right amount of ingredients, seasoning and size. Thousands of Cherokee customers have enjoyed this savory delicacy. Many enjoy it with gravy, plain, or with ketchup. Cherokee Restaurant has taken it a step further and added the pasty to the breakfast menu, served with sausage gravy and eggs.
Patty's Pasties are 1/2 pound (before cooking) and can be found in our breakfast and lunch menus. Many people purchase frozen Patty's Pasties from Cherokee Restaurant, six or 12 at a time, take them home, reheat them, and enjoy a hearty meal.
ABOUT CHEROKEE RESTAURANT
There are generations of kids, and adults, who know us as the "Good Food" place due to the sign on the outside of our restaurant. We're proud to uphold that reputation. Cherokee Restaurant has been feeding families since 1969, and for decades before that when it was called SherMac.
We're know for our great breakfasts - pancakes as big as the plate they come on, hearty omelets, biscuits and gravy, French toast, stuffed hash browns and many more delicious items. Breakfast is available anytime, as well as our expanded lunch menu with delicious soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees, pasties and burgers.
We're also your only source for Upper Peninsula-style pasties, made fresh in the Cherokee kitchen. Pasties are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner and are also available frozen for takeout, for a quick meal at home.
